Latinos and Voting Rights

With the 2016 election season heating up, campaigns across the country are targeting Latino voters.  But getting Latinos to the polls is difficult business and, as this New York Times piece shows, it may be getting more difficult thanks to the Supreme Court’s decision in Shelby County v. Holder (2013).
